Return Policy:

Consumers

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange, return or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

  • must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us, will qualify for store replacement, credit, or refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

If you are canceling your order because you cannot wait for a backordered item to come in, we will assess a 4% charge to cover credit card fees.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. This includes the shipping costs incurred by the seller on free shipping items.

If an item has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Dealers and Shops

Damaged, Short, or issues with shipping- Fluid Focus shall be notified within 10 days of short shipments or damaged packages(must supply pictures). If there is an issue with shipping and it is the fault of Fluid Focus, we will cover shipping costs to correct the issue and or send a new shipment. All packages will be insured for replacement value and signature will be required upon delivery. If the shipping company cannot deliver because no signature is available, the receiver assumes liability for any additional shipping costs to send new package or any shipping costs to re-deliver. Fluid Focus will work with the shipping company for any damaged shipments before sending a new order to the customer.

Returns will require and RA# and must be within 7 days of shipment delivery. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. If you are canceling your order because you cannot wait for a backordered item to come in, we will assess a 4% charge to cover credit card fees. NO RETURNS on special orders.

Service Warranty:

All suspension service come with a 90-day warranty on workmanship.  We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on custom valving. If you are not happy for any reason with the tuning, you pay return shipping and we will cover the rest.

Terms:

Note- All shipments are insured for replacement value in case something is damaged, lost, etc. This allows us to assist in the claims process.

*Please understand we cannot control shipping delays* We have no control over the drivers, their vehicles, work ethic, holidays, weather, package volume, etc. We will do our very best to assist in any way we can should you have an issue.

In the event that Fluid Focus, LLC has mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fluid Focus, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fluid Focus, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fluid Focus, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Notice:

Fluid Focus, LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Fluid Focus, LLC.

Having Fluid Focus, LLC service, modify, or even open any suspension component *can* void the manufactures warranty. It is up to the manufactures digression.
